Fox

We see a lot of Fox product come through our doors, and with good reason -- they are some of the best performing suspension components on the market.  As a result of all of our work on Fox forks, we’ve come up with some ideas for improvements and we’ve even developed some of our own tools along the way. We’re one of the very few shops in the entire country to be able to replace bushings on all Fox fork models, a service that is now standard for all rebuilds on Fox forks.

Fork Service

We rebuild all past and current models of Fox forks, such as:

• 32 Series Float, Vanilla, Talas, and 831 
• 36 Series 160 mm, 180 mm, Float, Talas, and Van
• 40 Series 

Whether it's the original open bath (O/B) models, the most recent high performance FIT damper cartridge equipped forks, or the new DRCV style air springs, we are your Fox Shox Suspension Experts.  We also work on select interia valve based forks, if that's your style...

Conversions

In addition to our standard rebuild offerings, we also offer various conversion options at the time of service.  We can convert open bath R/RL dampers to RLC, inertia valve to open bath damper style, and open bath to the new FIT damper cartridge.  We can also do travel changes where applicable.  Want to change your straight  1 1/8th steerer to tapered?  We can do that.  Lusting over the new Kashima coated stanchions?  We can do that too.  We can also swap lowers to accomodate different axle sizes.  Call us at 828-255-0205 or email to discuss your options!

Custom Tuning

Custom tuning is a very popular request. Shocks move a lot more oil through the damper when compared to a fork of similar travel. Our nitrogen charging system allows us to offer complete rebuild and tuning options for Fox rear shocks (as well as other brands).
