Fork and Shock Sales
We get lots of calls to see if we sell forks and shocks. And yes, we do. In addition to the full rebuilds and custom tuning, we also have a variety of new and used forks and shocks for sale. We just added a new page to the website so you can see the current inventory and pricing. Click on the new PRODUCTS link above. We're adding to the new stock regularly. Right now we have 2013 RockShox forks and shocks available. But check back soon. We expect the RockShox Pike and X-Fusion Trace and Slant to arrive at any time!
January 2013 Schedule
All Technicians are headed to California the week of January 14-18 for factory visits to DVO, X-Fusion and Fox. So all suspension received after Wednesday, January 9 will be scheduled for service the week of January 21. The shop will still be open with limited hours, so feel free to call us at 828-255-0205 or email with any questions.
Sorry for the hassle, but this trip was just way too cool to pass up.

How to schedule service with Suspension Experts
We get lots of questions on how to send in a fork or shock for service. Here are a few tips on what to expect.
1. Fill out the work order on the left side of this page. When you click submit, a copy is sent directly to us. We'll get your info in the system and know to expect your shipment.
2. Please print a copy of the work order for yourself and include it in the box with your fork or shock. You'd be amazed at how many people don't include contact info. If we don't know whose fork or shock it is, your job will sit on the shelf until you contact us.
3. When we receive your box, we will email you to confirm receipt.
4. Current turnaround time is 4-5 business days. A Technician will call you if there are any questions or issues with your job.
5. When your job is complete, we will contact you for payment and shipping. We take a credit card over the phone and ship your fork or shock UPS the same day. If you provided us your email, you will receive a tracking number from UPS.
